Vegan Fried Calamari & Tartar Sauce

This is a conceptual recipe, as I eyeballed all ingredients and tasted and adapted as needed.

All Ingredients:

Hearts of palm

Plant milk (I used oat)

Panko breadcrumbs

Black pepper

Dried basil

Garlic powder

Kelp granules

Caper brine

Pickle brine

Salt

Apple cider vinegar

Old Bay seasoning

All purpose flour

Paprika

Vegan mayo (I used Hellman’s)

Mustard powder
