Vegan Açaí Bowl for One

Perfect for a hot summer afternoon or evening!

Refreshing, sweet, and so satisfying!

Vegan Açaí Bowl for One | Veganized by Veli

2 packs of unsweetened açaí purée (thawed for 10 min); mine fave are from Trader Joe’s

1 frozen, ripe banana (~3-4 pieces)

1 chopped date (unpitted)

Sprinkle of cinnamon powder

Sprinkle of turmeric (just for the health benefits…you won’t taste it!)

A little bit of water, to help the blending process (~8 tbsp water)

Blend until smooth and creamy

To serve:

Pour mixture into bowl

Add desired toppings…go crazy! Or not! :)

I love to add:

Banana

Fresh berries

Chia seeds

Coconut flakes

Cacao nibs

Granola (I used Trader Joe’s Toasted Coconut Granola)

Peanut butter
